Instructions for registering and submitting the online form:

Step 1

Read the Detailed Advertisement carefully (links provided above) before filling the online form.

Step 2

Register New, by clicking the “Create new account” tab under Log in page and fill the form, make sure the email ID and other details are correct. The email verification link will be sent to the email ID provided by you during registration. On clicking the verification link provided in the email, the page to create your password will open, create a strong password as per the instructions on the page. After creating the password, you can log in to the website with the user name and password.

Step 3

Log in by clicking on "Login" tab at the top, if already registered, else go to Step 2.

Step 4

Online Fee Deposit, the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Women/CSIR Employees/Ex-Servicemen category are exempted from payment of application fee of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred Only). All others have to deposit the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/-.

  • After logging in, start filling the online form by click on “Online Application Form” tab on the top of page and save it as draft by clicking “Save Draft” button to generate Application ID. This Application ID can be viewed by clicking “View your Submitted form” tab on the top of page. Take note of this Application ID as it would be required for depositing the fee online.
  • The applicant can deposit fee online by clicking the link to State Bank Collect portal as provided above or the same link is also provided in the online form for convenience.
    While depositing the fee online, take note of “State Bank Collect Reference No.”, this “State Bank Collect Reference No.” will be required, to fill in online application form.
  • Take print of e-receipt/challan which is to be enclosed along with hard copy of application form.

Applications without the prescribed fee (wherever applicable) and hard copy of e-receipt/challan would not be considered and summarily rejected.

Step 5

Complete filling the online application form by click on “Online Application Form” tab on the top of page. You can save the partially filled form by clicking the “Save Draft” button at the end of form. Once the form is filled in all respect and you are ready to finally submit it, you may click the “Final Submission” button at the end of form. Please take note that after clicking the “Final Submission” button, you cannot make any changes to the form, you can only print or view the submitted form through “View your Submitted form” tab on the top of page.

Step 6

Send the Hard copy of form along with the required documents.

Checklist of Documents which are compulsorily to be sent with the hard copy of online Application Form:

  1. The printed copy of e-receipt/challan for the application fee of Rs.500/- (wherever applicable).
  2. Recent Colour photograph pasted on the Application Form and signed across in full. Signature should also be appended at appropriate place(s) at application form.
  3. Self-Attested photocopy of certificate(s) (10th/Matriculation/HS/HSSC/Birth Certificate) indicating Date of Birth.
  4. Self-Attested photocopies of all the required documents / certificates including 10th (Marks Sheet and Passing Certificate), 12th(Marks Sheet and Passing Certificate), Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree (Semester wise Marks Sheets and Passing Certificate), Diploma (Semester wise Marks Sheets and Passing Certificate), etc. in support of required qualification and any other higher qualification.
  5. Self-Attested photocopy of caste certificate (if applicable). In case of widow/divorced women/judicially separated women/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD, the relevant certificate may be attached.
  6. Self-Attested photocopies of proper “Experience Certificates”, wherever required.

Note: In case of Govt. / Autonomous Body / Public Sector employees, Application should be through Proper Channel.
