Handling of Complaints of Sexual Harassment

Constitution of Internal Complaints Committee (IC) for considering complaints of sexual harassment of women employees at CSIR-CRRI:

In accordance with the Section 04 of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013, the Director, CSIR-CRRI has been pleased to reconstitute the Internal Complaints Committee (IC) for redressal of complaints regarding any sexual harassment at workplace.

The committee shall function in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned act.

The Chairperson and members shall hold office for the period of three years till  22nd November 2024.

Complaint Procedure:

Complaint regarding Sexual Harassment against women can be made either in paper form or by sending e-mail to neelamjn19 [dot] crri [at] nic [dot] in. The Act stipulates that aggrieved woman can make written complaint of sexual harassment at workplace to the IC.
