    • R&D, Consultancy and Training Activities in Road & Transport Sector
  2. Norms/ standards for functions/ service delivery
    • As per CSIR Guidelines for Technology Transfer and utilisation of knowledge base
  3. Process by which these services can be accessed
    • By forwarding a request letter to Director, CRRI
  4. Time-limit for achieving the targets
    • The time limit is decided on case to case basis in each project depending upon the complexity and deliverables in consultation with the sponsoring agency.
  5. Process of redress of grievances
    • Any individual can lodge his/ her Grievances through the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) on an online enabled system. This can be accessed through the www.pgportal.gov.in
    • Monthly Public Meet for CSIR-CRRI employees - 15th of Every Month (or the next working day if 15th happens to be a holiday). OM regarding the public meet may be reffered here
