Invitation to Submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for Commercialization of AVCC Software Developed by CSIR-CRRI (Last Date of Submission : 11/06/2025)

Overview

Following the successful workshop held in February 2025, CSIR-Central Road Research Institute is pleased to invite Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from industry stakeholders for the commercialization of the Automatic Vehicle Counting and Classification (AVCC) Software. The software, developed through extensive R&D and field validation, is now ready for pilot deployment, licensing, and strategic partnerships.

About the AVCC Software

The AVCC software is an intelligent traffic management solution designed to enhance urban mobility through:

• Real-time traffic data integration
• AI-powered Analytics
• Scalable coordination for all Indian Road Congress categorised vehicles
• Customizable analytics dashboard
• Compatibility with existing ITS infrastructure

Demonstrated during the February 2025 workshop, AVCC has received strong interest from various technology integrators.

Opportunities for Commercialization

We welcome EOIs from entities interested in one or more of the following:

• Licensing or white-labeling the AVCC software
• Investing in scaling or internationalization
